Credits

Refund and Credits Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-22. This page explains how purchased credits, failed generations, and payment issues are handled.

Credit delivery

After a payment succeeds and the payment callback is verified, the purchased credits are added to your account automatically. If credits do not arrive, contact support with your account email and order details.

System failure refunds

If an image generation job fails because of a system or upstream generation error, the consumed credits are returned automatically to your account.

Result preference

AI outputs are probabilistic. Credits are not automatically refunded only because a generated image does not match a personal taste preference, unless the job itself failed.

Duplicate or abnormal payment

Duplicate payment, incorrect amount, or abnormal order issues can be reviewed by support. Please provide your account email, payment time, payment method, amount, and order information.

Cash refund review

Cash refund requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate payments, failed credit delivery, or abnormal orders. Used credits and completed generation jobs may reduce the refundable amount.

Policy violations

Requests involving prohibited, abusive, illegal, or infringing content may be rejected or restricted. We may refuse refunds for abuse, fraud, or repeated policy violations.
