Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all prompts, reference images, generated images, and actions submitted through your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create illegal, infringing, hateful, deceptive, explicit, abusive, or harmful content. We may refuse, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these rules.
Generated content
You may use lawful generated images for commercial workflows. You are responsible for checking whether your prompts, reference images, brands, trademarks, likenesses, and outputs comply with third-party rights and local laws.
Credits and payments
Credits are consumed when image generation jobs are submitted. System failures refund the consumed credits automatically. Payment, duplicate charge, and abnormal order issues are handled according to the refund and credits policy.
Service availability
The service depends on third-party AI, payment, database, and storage providers. We work to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or identical generation results.
